We strive for 100% satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary.
2-Day Window
Any request for return or exchange must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
IMPORTANT: To protect against transit damage or missing items, you must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package. The video should start from the sealed package (showing the shipping label) and continue until the product is fully inspected. Returns will not be accepted without this video proof.
Condition of Product
The saree must be returned in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with all tags and the "Silk Mark" (if applicable) intact.
The Process
- Step 1: Email us at premamsilks@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7200123457 with your order ID and the unboxing video.
- Step 2: Our quality control team will investigate the claim within 24 to 48 hours.
- Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable) or provide instructions for the return.
Refunds
Upon successful inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
